Payment & Deposit Policy

At Bookadok, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure experience for patients booking medical treatments. This page explains how to confirm your appointment, handle payments, and understand deposit requirements — all designed with your peace of mind in focus. 


1. TRANSPARENT & SAFE BOOKING EXPERIENCE  

Through our secure coordination model, Bookadok ensures: 

  • Transparent pricing — What you see is what you pay. No hidden costs, just clear, upfront treatment prices from trusted partner clinics.  
  • Best price assurance — Benefit from exclusive rates and special offers arranged directly with our clinic partners. 
  • Secure payments — All payments are made directly at the clinic in a safe and protected manner, with your financial information handled securely. 


2. PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT 

All treatment payments are made directly at the clinic. Depending on the clinic, accepted payment methods may include:  

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, etc.)  
  • Cash  
  • A combination of card and cash  
  • Bank transfer – available at selected clinics  
We recommend confirming available options with your clinic or your assigned Bookadok coordinator prior to your arrival. 


3. HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING 

To secure your booking, you may be asked to confirm your arrival in one of the following ways: 
1.  Passport and Travel Confirmation.  You can simply provide:  

  • A copy of your passport  
  • Your flight itinerary  

These documents help the clinic finalize your appointment slot. At this stage, no prepayment is required. Send your documents to your dedicated Bookadok coordinator or directly via chat with the clinic. 

2. Deposit Payment 
Depending on the clinic’s policy, a deposit may be required. There are two types:  

  • Bookadok Deposit. Your coordinator may request a €100 or $100 deposit paid to the Bookadok account. This amount is deducted from your total balance at the clinic.  
  • Clinic-Specific Deposit. Some clinics may request a deposit ranging from 5% to 50% of the treatment cost. This is paid directly to the clinic. Once received, your treatment dates will be confirmed. 


4. BEFORE YOU TRAVEL 

Always double-check the deposit policy with the clinic or your coordinator. Make sure to ask whether the deposit is refundable, and under what conditions, to avoid unexpected issues.
