Based on 2024 clinical data, Clayo Clinic performed 320 egg donation cycles and 210 IVF cycles using patients’ own eggs. The overall clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer for egg donation (excluding subsequent frozen embryo or egg transfers) was 60%.
For IVF using own eggs, the overall clinical pregnancy rate was 46%, with outcomes varying by age group:
- Women under 35: 44%
- Women aged 35–40: 36%
- Women over 40: 20%
The clinical pregnancy rate for frozen embryo transfers was 53%, while donor embryo transfers achieved a success rate of 67%.
Embryo transfers are typically performed between Day 3 and Day 5 of embryo development, depending on the patient's individual treatment plan. In 2024, the average number of embryos transferred per procedure was 1.5, resulting in a multiple birth rate of just 6%, including twins and higher-order multiples.

Dr. Daniel Hlinka, Ph.D.
CEO, Clinic Owner, ESHRE Senior Embryologist
Daniel Hlinka, PhD is a pioneer in human embryology in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 1993, he performed the first successful ICSI fertilization in the region. He has since worked in leading IVF clinics and introduced key innovations like OptimICSI and Time-lapse embryo monitoring. In 2009, he co-founded the Prague Fertility Centre in Prague. Over the past three years, he has been actively involved in the development of the CATI (Cognitive Automation of Time-lapse Images) AI system, which non-invasively monitors, evaluates, and selects the most suitable embryos, significantly increasing the chances of pregnancy.
MUDr. Radka Jarošová
IVF Specialist, Gynecologist
Dr Radka Jarošová is the head physician of the IVF programme at Clayo Clinic. She graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague and obtained her first certification in the field of gynecology and obstetrics in 2004. She is a respected specialist in her field and has been dedicated to infertility and IVF for nearly 20 years. Thanks to her experience and empathy, she achieves a high success rate in treating her patients.
MUDr. Martin Hrehorčák, Ph.D.

MUDr. Martin is a fertility specialist with over 20 years of experience helping thousands of couples, including high-profile international patients. Known for his non-judgmental and compassionate approach, he believes every family-building journey is personal and unique. A graduate of Charles University in Prague, Dr. Hrehorčák gained extensive experience at Motol University Hospital before continuing his career in the UK, where he became head of the City Fertility IVF center in London. He is active in international research and education and is listed on the GMC Specialist Register. He also serves as a transvaginal ultrasound instructor for the British Fertility Society.
MUDr. Jan Šulc
IVF Specialist, Gynecologist
Doctor Šulc, with his friend MUDr. Miloš Čekal, were one of the first in post-revolutionary Czechoslovakia who founded a private gynecological practice. In 1994 they started an in vitro fertilization program and 4 years later they opened the GEST Reproductive Medicine Center in Prague 5. He devoted almost his entire professional life to the treatment of infertility and running his own clinic, and he continues to practice in retirement.

With growing experience, she took on the role of clinic manager and earned her MBA in Management the same year. Petra has been part of Clayo Clinic since its founding, bringing over 10 years of experience in IVF clinic operations.
