Dr Teodora Tihomirova graduated in medicine with distinction in 2012 from Pleven Medical University, and a year later started her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. In 2015, she joined the team of Nadezhda Hospital, where she was successfully conferred her specialty in 2017. In her studies, Dr T. Tihomirova completed training at a multidisciplinary hospital in the town of Bayreuth, Germany, and at a university hospital in Vienna, Austria. She graduated in medicine with Golden Hippocrates. Dr Tihomirova is a member of the ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) and BNA (Bulgarian Medical Association). She actively participated in the ESHRE annual congresses. In 2017, she participated in the Global Congress on Hysteroscopy in Barcelona. She has co-authored scientific publications on the surgical management of pelvic endometriosis.
