Dr. Anastasios Sykoutris

Dr. Anastasios Sykoutris is an esteemed gynecologist, obstetrician, and fertility specialist with over 25 years of clinical and academic experience across Greece and the United Kingdom. He holds a Master’s degree in In Vitro Fertilization and Infertility from the University of Bristol, UK, and is highly specialized in hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery, with additional certification in gynecological ultrasound from the University of Athens.
After graduating with honors (Excellence) from medical school in 1994, Dr. Sykoutris began his medical journey as an internal assistant in Systematic Anatomy and later completed his mandatory field service in the Artificial Kidney Unit at the General Hospital of Chania. He also served as a naval physician at the Naval Hospital of Crete (NHC). His specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology was shaped through positions at the National Hospital of Chania and further refined through extensive experience in the UK.
He held clinical roles at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, University Hospital of Hull and East Yorkshire, and served as a Registrar at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston. He also contributed to the IVF Unit at Chelsea and Westminster University Hospital in London, where he deepened his expertise in assisted reproduction.
In 2003, Dr. Sykoutris successfully obtained his Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the UK. Throughout his career, he has remained dedicated to advancing reproductive medicine through both clinical practice and continued education. Dr. Sykoutris is known for his patient-centered approach, combining evidence-based medicine with compassionate care to support individuals and couples in their journey toward parenthood.
